delivery. This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our official website
www.heightveda.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to
the terms below.
• Cancellation window: An order may be cancelled only within 60 minutes of placement,
provided it has not entered processing, packaging, or dispatch stages.
• Immediate processing: Most orders are processed automatically and immediately after
confirmation. In such cases, cancellation is not possible even if the 60-minute period has not
elapsed.
• Finality: Once processed or dispatched, the order is considered final, binding, and noncancellable.
• Company discretion: Height Veda reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject
cancellation requests.
• Administrative charges: If a cancellation is exceptionally approved, administrative,
transaction, and handling charges may be deducted from any refundable amount.
NOTE : Cancellation is a conditional facility provided at the company’s discretion and not a
customer right.
Refund requests are subject to strict conditions:
• The request must be raised within 15 days from the invoice date.
• The product must be purchased exclusively from www.heightveda.com.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging.
• Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or damaged will not be eligible.
• Partial payments, shipping fees, handling charges, and applicable taxes are strictly nonrefundable.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Height Veda retains the right to decline
any request that does not meet the above conditions.

2. Provide your full name, order number, registered email/phone number, reason for refund, and
any supporting information.
3. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of approval
or rejection.
4. Return, Pickup & Inspection
• If approved, Height Veda will arrange courier pickup within 2–3 business days, subject to
service availability.
• Alternatively, the customer may be instructed to ship the product at their own cost and risk.
• Returned items will be inspected within 2 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
• Refund eligibility is confirmed only after inspection and approval by Height Veda.
5. Refund Processing
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.
• Initiation: Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days after successful inspection of the
returned product.
• Timeline: The amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days from initiation,
subject to your bank/payment provider.
• Deductions: Transaction fees, administrative costs, and applicable shipping charges may be
deducted from the refund.
6. Shipping & Risk
• Customers are responsible for all costs and risks associated with returning a product unless
Height Veda expressly arranges prepaid pickup.
• Height Veda is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage of products during customer-arranged
return shipping.
7. Company Rights & Limitations
• Refunds and cancellations are offered as a goodwill facility and not as a statutory obligation,
except where required under applicable consumer law.
• Height Veda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including
but not limited to courier delays, stock unavailability, or payment gateway issues.
• The company reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time without prior
notice.
